On February 25, BYD officially released interior official images of its all-new mid-size SUV, the Song Ultra EV. The seats of the Song Ultra EV feature a large bed mode, which can meet the temporary rest needs of passengers.

In terms of the interior, the center console of the Song Ultra EV has relatively straight lines and is equipped with an embedded full LCD instrument cluster and a floating central control screen. The steering wheel adopts a two-spoke design. The armrest area is equipped with dual phone wireless charging slots, dual cup holders, and a multimedia control knob. The piano black trim panel in front of the front passenger seat features geometric patterns. Thanks to its 2840mm wheelbase, the front and rear seats of the Song Ultra EV can connect to form a large bed mode, serving as a space for the owner to rest temporarily.

In terms of power, the BYD Song Ultra EV is purely electric and currently offers only a single-motor version. The motor has a maximum power of 270 kW and a designed top speed of 210 km/h. The new car offers two battery pack capacities, 75.616 kWh and 82.732 kWh, corresponding to CLTC pure electric ranges of 620 km and 710 km, respectively.
Dada Review: The Song Ultra EV is built on the e Platform 3.0 and is the Dynasty Network's first native B-segment pure electric SUV. It focuses on large space, strong power, long range, and advanced intelligent driving, and will become the largest and highest-positioned pure electric model in the Song family. The large bed mode of the Song Ultra EV is a "large bed" formed by connecting the seats, without occupying trunk space. When resting in the car, the central control screen can be operated, creating a more family-like atmosphere. The price range of the Song Ultra EV is predicted to be 189,800 to 229,800 yuan, and the high trim model will be a lidar intelligent driving version. Compared with competitors at the same level, the Song Ultra EV has more mature three-electric technology, long range, large space, and high cost-effectiveness. Its product strength has no obvious shortcomings, and monthly sales of over 20,000 should not be a problem.
